01

The challenge

Car enthusiasts were scattered across Facebook groups and forums, with no good way to follow a build, find local meets or connect the car itself to the conversation.

02

Our approach

We paired a wireless device with a companion app so a car could be part of its owner's profile, then built the social layer around garages, builds and events.

03

What we built

  • Wireless hardware integration
  • iOS and Android apps
  • Garage, build and event features
  • Brand and identity system
04

Results

  • Thousands of users acquired organically
  • Break-even and still operating today
  • Taught us how much of community growth is habit, not features

Success is not people signing up. Success is people coming back.
